These pictures came to mind when I saw this week’s theme…
There are few things in life that should be treasured more than family and I’m lucky to have a really great one.
My parents are in the first picture – I’m very close with them. I think part of that comes with the territory of being an only child and spending a lot of time with them growing up. We’ve been through a bunch, but no matter what we stick together and make it through. I joke that we’re kinda like The Three Musketeers.
As for the next shot – these two adorable kids are my little cousins. I posted this picture last month for one of my ‘picture a day’ entries. I took this while we were at a park near their home in Montreal. These children are hilarious and just all around great. They’re growing up so fast though and I don’t get to see them as much as I would like. I was 17 when Brett was born and nearly 21 when Halen came along – time flies.
Anywhozzle, that’s my submission for this week! If you’re interested in seeing some more posts, head on over to Carmi Levy’s site by clicking here.
Family is everything. Great photos!
Two very lovely memories which are very treasured, I can see. Great Photos!
Great smiles on all 4! 🙂
You are absolutely right, what awesome photos of loved ones!
Thank-you everyone! 🙂
We tend to take our family for granted sometimes. So glad you don’t.
I’m really lucky to have the people in my life that I do. I try to take a moment everyday and to say thank-you to the powers that be for that.
Great choices, Jess! There is nothing more important than family 🙂
Thanks, Alexia! And I couldn’t agree with you more.
Jess, your family looks so happy in those pictures. They must like you!
